I haven't made a purchase due to the negative reviews about their refund fees and dropshipping practices. It seems true that they simply dropship the Huion Note while inflating the price. I wouldn't recommend this seller. It's also concerning that they don't respond to reviews, likely because they're aware of their questionable practices. I gave it 2 stars since their ads helped me discover the Huion Note, which is a great product.
Beware! During checkout, they bombard you with offers that trick you into thinking you’re getting discounts. If you decline, you can’t complete your purchase. I realized this only after seeing the final charge. When I contacted the seller, they feigned ignorance and asked for screenshots, which conveniently disappear. This upselling tactic is deceitful. I wish I had made my purchase through a different platform.
I ordered a drawing tablet through an online platform. There was no manual included, and I couldn't find one on their website due to overwhelming ads. Be cautious. They offer a 30-day refund policy, but returning the tablet is at your expense to Hong Kong, with shipping costs exceeding $120. Essentially, you're stuck with what you buy unless you like it. A similar tablet is available for a lower price elsewhere, with free returns.
