I haven't made a purchase due to the negative reviews about their refund fees and dropshipping practices. It seems true that they simply dropship the Huion Note while inflating the price. I wouldn't recommend this seller. It's also concerning that they don't respond to reviews, likely because they're aware of their questionable practices. I gave it 2 stars since their ads helped me discover the Huion Note, which is a great product.

Beware! During checkout, they bombard you with offers that trick you into thinking you’re getting discounts. If you decline, you can’t complete your purchase. I realized this only after seeing the final charge. When I contacted the seller, they feigned ignorance and asked for screenshots, which conveniently disappear. This upselling tactic is deceitful. I wish I had made my purchase through a different platform.

Upselling Nightmare

This site is a scam. They try to upsell you without showing a total until after the order is finalized. I attempted to cancel immediately, but they informed me of a 10% cancellation fee without providing a proper invoice. I've requested cancellation multiple times, but they just delay the process. It's been 10 days with no resolution.
