Syncify Sketchtab Duo Pro looked amazing and my daughter selected it for her 25th birthday present. It was reduced to $149.99 before Xmas so I ordered it for her birthday on the 3rd January. They emailed me to make me aware that there was going to be a delay because they were upgrading the product which they would do at no extra charge but it would cost $349 at the full retail price later in 2025. Despite the delay, we agreed and thanked them from contacting us to let us know. We received the item on the 7th January, but what they sent us was the Huion Note model x. The Huion Note was available directly from Huion for $89.99. This was not what we had ordered and certainly not the upgraded model. I have emailed them 5 times now and had no response. Upon searching the internet, there are reviews from other people reporting the same thing.We have now handed this issue over to our credit card company to investigate and get action on our behalf.
