If I could give a -1 I would. Terrible customer service. Product ordered in early October still not received. Australia Post tracking number invalid. Contacted the company. Generic response. "Keep watching your tracking". It has been sitting somewhere since 24/10/23. Have requested a refund multiple times but we have been ignored! Have contacted Shop app as well with no help from them either. Really disgusting service. Also of note there are no reviews on the company. I guess they get them removed so they can scam other peoples money also.
