Received incorrect items

The service sent me inexpensive torches instead of the ones I ordered. I paid $120 AUD and got $5 torches. When I tried to reach out, there was no response at all, making it impossible to return the items within their return policy timeframe.

Disappointing sunglasses

These sunglasses are plastic trash. They were supposed to be polarized, but they aren't! Not worth even $5.00! I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. It also took nearly two weeks to receive them. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!

As bad as the reviews say

After reading the reviews, I tried to cancel my purchase but was too late. Communication was prompt at first, and delivery was quick, raising my hopes. However, I opened the bag to find two cheap cardboard boxes from China containing what looked like children's play sunglasses, not the quality polarized fishing glasses I expected. They also did not fit over my regular glasses as advertised. I'll just give them to my grandkids. SCAM!

Avoid this company

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY. It deserves less than one star. I ordered two torches and some gloves as late Christmas gifts. The gloves I received were fingerless and the torches were the cheapest quality. I spent £79, only to find the torches for £3 elsewhere. After countless emails requesting a full refund and return address, I had to escalate this to my bank. Thankfully, they refunded me and are investigating the company.

One star is overstating it. They advertised high-quality metal torches in hard cases, but what I received were cheap-looking, feeling, and performing plastic items in a cardboard box. Steer clear of these rip-off merchants.
