The company stated that my payment had been refunded, but no refund has been received into my account.I have repeatedly tried to contact this company by phone and through their online chat, but have received no response whatsoever. The phone is not answered, and messages are ignored.This situation is extremely concerning. A business cancelling orders and failing to return customers’ money, while also failing to respond to communication, raises serious concerns about their reliability.I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.I strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order with this company.
