Title: Very Concerning Experience — No Refund After Cancellation and No Contact From Company

My order (#15111517WEB) placed on 24 February for £23.88 was cancelled shortly after purchase. The company stated that my payment had been refunded, but no refund has been received into my account.

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company by phone and through their online chat, but have received no response whatsoever. The phone is not answered, and messages are ignored.

This situation is extremely concerning. A business cancelling orders and failing to return customers’ money, while also failing to respond to communication, raises serious concerns about their reliability.

I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order with this company.

I placed an order on the 5th of March

I placed an order on the 5th of March. I paid £5 for delivery which said 2-3 days delivery. It’s now the 13th of March and they havnt even dispatched it yet and says still being processed…?! The live chats, emails are slow with minimum replies that don’t give you any real feedback or help.

Ordering went smoothly 👌

Ordering went smoothly however there was a little change due to an error in the ordering system. After notcing the change and emailing the store supplier, they contacted me personally from my number which i had left them, then we corrected the order!. We kept in touch due to the postal providers tracking not updating, where the tasty wok kept in touch to support and update on any tracking findings.The support from the company was great and we will more than likely shop from here for our oriental food needs in the future. 👍

Long wait, poor communication, missing item without explanation.

I put off writing a review thinking they’ll get it together, it’s only 1 item, but it’s been 2 months.Ordered early January.Took longer than website states to ship.Item missing.Had to contact to ask why, no one said anything to me.Missing item shown in stock on website but told it is not, responses never explain anything.Offered to wait, refund or alternative item but I keep responding and emails ignored or delayed responses each time.

Only half the order was sent. The items that were sent, half of them were out of date considerably. Items were also substituted with a different brand. Avoid at all costs. No response to emails or phone calls.

I placed an order that included Rosdee…

I placed an order that included Rosdee seasoning. Shortly after, the seller informed me that the product was no longer available in the UK because it contains a banned ingredient, and I was offered an alternative item. I replied that I did not want a replacement and asked for a refund.Despite this, the parcel was still sent out. I refused delivery, and Royal Mail is returning it to the seller. I repeated my refund request several times but did not receive a clear response or confirmation that the refund would be issued.My experience has been disappointing. Communication was slow, and my request was not handled properly. I hope the seller improves their customer service, especially when a customer clearly chooses a refund.
