I placed an order that included Rosdee seasoning. Shortly after, the seller informed me that the product was no longer available in the UK because it contains a banned ingredient, and I was offered an alternative item. I replied that I did not want a replacement and asked for a refund.Despite this, the parcel was still sent out. I refused delivery, and Royal Mail is returning it to the seller. I repeated my refund request several times but did not receive a clear response or confirmation that the refund would be issued.My experience has been disappointing. Communication was slow, and my request was not handled properly. I hope the seller improves their customer service, especially when a customer clearly chooses a refund.
