I ordered a tea set as a gift. I didn't receive the email notices. I checked these reviews and then wondered if I had made a mistake. My order arrived did in fact arrive promptly and within the promised delivery time. It was in perfect condition. I sent an email to support. It received a reply within an hour. The order confirmation had gone to an old email address. My fault. But reading some of these reviews, I quite unfairly lost confidence in a company that was trading perfectly well. Not the first time I have ordered from them, I realised. The first time, three years ago, was just as good. There will always be complaints, but really this company is perfectly fine. Good service.
