There is no complaint whatsoever about the quality of the product. The teas, especially the jasmine, are excellent and my family have enjoyed them for several years.
However, as a repeat customer, I was disappointed by my recent experience with pricing and customer service. I happened to place my order in between promotions, and the effective price dropped roughly 48 hours later. I contacted customer service to ask whether anything could be done.
Their response was that my order, placed on the 24th of December, was not eligible for the sitewide 15% promotion that started on the 26th. What they failed to acknowledge, or conveniently ignored, was that the same 15% promotion had also ended on the 24th. This omission made the response feel dismissive and disingenuous rather than transparent or customer focused.
While I understand promotions have set dates, a little goodwill or at least an honest acknowledgment of the timing would have gone a long way, particularly for a loyal customer. Great products deserve equally thoughtful customer service, and unfortunately this interaction fell short.
Always a pleasure to order from this company ....The quality of the infuser cups are high standard - I have bought several to give to friends who enjoy loose tea. The lid on the cup acts like a a small t - pot. Perfect. The company actually care as they sent me a free infuser insert which was broken. I was willing to pay £7.00 but they highlighted it was within the 30 days . Pure pleasure dealing with this company, I regularly check sales and recommend to my friends. Would give 10 stars , in a modern competitive world .they perform with consistency and quality .
