I had a couple of questions about cleaning it and when I reached out to Customer Service at The Tea Spot, Tracy was extraordinary in her knowledge, enthusiasm and focus with my questions. Since that first contact with The Tea Spot, I have communicated with Tracy a few times. She has been generous with her recommendations and I have ordered a few more items, both wares and teas. The Tea Spot's Blood Orange Smoothie herbal "tea" is fragrant and delicious! This is a tea company who really cares about its customers and I look forward to my further association with them.
