I was really enjoying the course and enrolled recently, but I am quite upset that the handbooks for each unit were removed. I called to inquire about this and was told it was an IT issue that was not meant to be accessible. I am genuinely shocked - we are paying a significant amount for this course, which is intense and challenging to remember. Each unit takes considerable time to finish, and the handbooks should be a basic resource to help recap knowledge. I cannot create my own notes on top of everything else, as it already takes hours. It seems very unfair, and I believe other providers would offer this information in packs to aid revision and summarization. I do not understand why this is not available for each unit.
