My experience with this program was excellent. I was very pleased with the six-month duration for the Level 3 certificate. Although I needed to request and pay for an extension due to health issues, the six months were sufficient to complete the course. The pacing was well-balanced, and the built-in assignments allowed for feedback from other students on various teaching resources available online. The support team was prompt in their responses and provided quality feedback tailored to my specific needs.

I was really enjoying the course and enrolled recently, but I am quite upset that the handbooks for each unit were removed. I called to inquire about this and was told it was an IT issue that was not meant to be accessible. I am genuinely shocked - we are paying a significant amount for this course, which is intense and challenging to remember. Each unit takes considerable time to finish, and the handbooks should be a basic resource to help recap knowledge. I cannot create my own notes on top of everything else, as it already takes hours. It seems very unfair, and I believe other providers would offer this information in packs to aid revision and summarization. I do not understand why this is not available for each unit.
This program is easy yet demanding. If you are committed and enjoy learning, it is excellent. If you are contemplating teaching before making a final decision for university, I recommend this program. I always had a desire to teach but was hesitant about the costs involved. After taking this introductory course, I realized that teaching might be something I enjoy. Thank you very much to the academy.
