I have been using them since 2016 apart from two separate years which we tried other mot services (Halford and a local garage) and those experiences were absolutely poor, so since 2021 we only use the test centre fir all our vehicles, they're professional, sincere and courteous whilst pointing out faults.
This is the third time at the Dartford branch and another faultless visit, this time with a motorcycle. Easily booked online about an hour before the appointment and they got straight on with the test even though I was slightly early. The lady behind the reception counter was cheerful, polite and helpful, the eating area was spacious, warm and clean, the workshop looked spotless and all the staff wore clean and tidy corporate clothing.Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. (Just need to win he prize draw now.)
Absolutely amazing place to get your MOT done. As the punch line suggests, no nonsense check. They will only charge if your vehicle passes the MOT. I feel so relaxed at this place because all other centres try to fail you for one or another reason so that either you get it fixed from them or feel a pressure to pay for test again. Staff is so polite and friendly, they greet you well and try to complete the job as soon as possible without compromising on quality. Sometimes they provide extra information too which could be useful if you don’t have much automotive knowledge. Once I have been here, I never visited any other MOT centre, so highly recommend the place to everyone.
.....I arrived on time (3PM on Saturday) and having parked the car, I was directed to the reception. The receptionist was approachable and courteous and gave me a numbered magnetised block to place on my car. The MOT technician (Alex I think his name) was also polite and courteous. After the MOT was done, I was then directed to pay at the reception. Although, it was a very busy day for MOT, the MOT technicians tried their utmost best to move everyone along. Very professional indeed.
