Pros:Booking was simple and hassle free, with plenty of availability. The MOT was completed in under an hour, which meant minimal waiting time. The mechanic was thorough and took the time to show me the advisories in the workshop, which was really informative.Cons:While refreshments are advertised as being available in the office, they’re not free, you need coins to use the vending machine. This felt a bit misleading, so it’s worth bringing change if you want a drink. The customer service was okay, but the receptionist seemed a bit miserable. Additionally, the waiting area is quite small, so I ended up having to wait outside in the cold.Overall:Despite a few minor inconveniences, I was impressed with the service and will definitely use them again.
