Always expensive but we were prepared for that. My 3 friends and I visit twice every month for lunch but now they are elderly and not able to wait around for a table (usually 30 mins) I asked if we could reserve a table, NO was the terse reply, I explained why but still NO, I mentioned that I had seen reserved signs on tables before, he said only for parties over 12. I asked was there a better time to go ie, early or later on ? He said NO. Depends on weather. Phone went down….We’re going elsewhere ! SAD and upset at the non-service.
