This is my second purchase, and these are the finest towels I have ever bought. They offer excellent quality and great value for money. I purchased two new towels this week, and one had a stain upon opening. I took some photos and emailed the support team. I received a response within 10 minutes, and the issue was quickly resolved. They are sending a replacement towel without requiring the return of the stained one. An outstanding company, and I will not buy towels from anywhere else. Highly recommended!
