Not a good experience at all really for the trade centre in Abercynon. Never had a car in finance so thought let's give it a go as my car is getting old, so when on their website where I got approved of finance for a car so drove down to Abercynon where I had the appointment which is a good 20 mile drive easy, got down there they showed me around had a good look at all the cars fancied a Peugeot went to try it put and the engine management light came on , so look at another car which i also liked done the paperwork also payed extra for a breakdown service ,best part of 3 hours nearly to be told the finance company declined us????? Couldn't believe it. My credit has always been good and have never had a problem. Plus why say your approved and have pass all credit checks to have you drive there to show you around just to turn you down??? Something dont way up. But besides that they shoukd not be doing this to people ? Now thats a wasted 4 + hours i will never get back. Thanks for that Trade centre. Mark Bailey you need to sort that out on your website.
