Emailed about a car - no response.
Went back on website to look again and by chance did a finance check. That allowed me to make an appointment.
Email for appointment doesn't say where and link for directions is broken.

Maybe I should take this as a sign to not buy there. If the basics are already not working ......
I recently bought a Volkswagen Polo from Trade Centre Wales Abercynon and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I received.
Ross was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to show me around the different cars, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand what would best suit me and my budget. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Dan was brilliant when it came to going through the affordability side of things. He explained everything thoroughly, including all the amazing packages available to cover mechanical issues, which gave me real peace of mind. He had great banter, but was also very professional, attentive, and made sure I understood everything.
Libby was absolutely lovely and finalised the sale for me. She really went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, carefully going through all the agreements and making sure everything was clear and sorted. She made the final steps smooth and stress-free.
Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much for your professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend!
UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCE. Purchased a vehicle in November, and on the second day, the engine light illuminated. I couldn't bring the car to the garage until 31st December! After three weeks and a discussion with my finance company, I finally got the car back on Saturday, 17th January. I'm hopeful it's functioning properly, but I'm still a bit anxious about the engine light. At least it's returned. I want to inform others that there are resources available to assist with issues like this, such as citizen advice and your finance company, so don’t hesitate to reach out. This situation might be preventable if the service took a few basic steps to inspect their vehicles before selling them. Technical issues in modern cars can be easily identified with today's technology. I must commend the after-sales team in Abercynon for their outstanding support! One representative, who demonstrated remarkable patience and empathy, kept me updated daily via email. Unfortunately, they often deal with frustrated customers like myself. I hope the issue has been resolved, but time will tell. If you’re considering a car purchase, ensure you have it checked, take it for a test drive, think it over, and explore your options. This is an update from November. The engine light illuminated on the second day. The vehicle was taken to the garage on December 31. Despite all the claims of repairs, there’s still no indication of when I will get the car back. I have now reached out to the relevant authorities and the finance company. Please do not consider this seller for purchasing a vehicle! You could end up paying for something that isn’t roadworthy. No vehicle should be in the garage for this extended period unless there’s a serious issue. Consider yourself warned!
