I do not normally leave negative reviews, it's not my style, however, I am really upset with how The Trademark company has treated me. My experience with The Trademark Company has not been positive at all. They have submitted my trademark incorrectly. It was meant to be in my company name and not in my personal name. A few months after the application was filed, they emailed me advising the application should be in my company name and that they could assist. I emailed them back and left messages on the answering service. They finally responded by a call to me after my last email. The person was arrogant and condescending and his solution was for me to pay them another $190.00 to correct the solution. As far as he was concerned they were correct (even though they are providing the service) and I (the customer) is wrong). There was no negotiation or understanding that they may have made a mistake or advised incorrectly. I am very disappointed and will not be using this company again. It feels like this is a scam in order to get the client to pay more money. I would strongly caution anyone before using The Trademark Company.NB: The response they are providing is not correct, they are simply trying to make me look bad in order to divert the attention away from the way I was treated.
