I enrolled with this provider for various courses because they were one of the most affordable options available. I truly regret my decision. I signed up in September, and now it’s January, and I am STILL not registered for my unit 1 and 2 exams. All I receive are vague replies stating they are looking into it, which is simply not acceptable. I'm extremely dissatisfied, as I had planned to complete the entire level 2/3 course during this time, but this ongoing issue has completely drained my motivation.
