I explained my reasons for wanting to discontinue the course, but they refused and only offered a course change that I had already requested. They have sent my information to a third party and threatened legal action, which seems to be their usual approach. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times with no response. There’s nothing professional about this provider; they seem to specialize in trapping people in debt. I am currently pursuing legal action and reporting them due to their questionable business practices. Please avoid this provider; it’s a total scam, and their positive reviews seem fabricated.
