I chose this provider for several courses due to their low prices, but I deeply regret my decision. I signed up in September, and now in January, I am still not registered for my unit 1 and 2 exams. All I receive are responses saying they are investigating the issue, which is simply unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied, as I had planned to complete the entire level 2/3 course during this period, but I have lost all motivation due to this frustrating experience.
