The customer service are dumb and dismissive have had too many problems with this app please remember they buy tickets off the train company and sell you it when something goes wrong they will blame each other you call trainline they say call the train company you call the company they say call trainline neither will take resposibility and will just lie outright. Complete scum horrible experience if you dont want to get stranded dont buy with these scum go straight through the company.
