I have used Trainline a few times previously with no issues. However we recently booked tickets via them to travel Malaga to Cordoba return. Looking forward to a short break there. Notification yesterday that train (OUIGO) has been cancelled. Apparently refund via a voucher which is of no use to use as we don’t intend to be back in Spain. Trainline of no help whatsoever just a waste of time with the AI WhatsApp messages which eventually advised to go to the EU customer service which does not recognise the reference number! Holiday messed up because of cancellation and absolute frustration with trying to get a refund for a train that was cancelled. V annoyed
