I bought a first class ticket to go to Fulda and back from Salzburg. AND I bought insurance. The Conductor in Fulda closed the doors abruptly with me standing in front of them. I didn't MISS the train. They didn't let me on. So I had to take a subsequent train and on the second train I received a ticket because I didn't have the proper ticket. I spent 210 euros on the return ticket (including the insurance) and trainline is not refunding anything and I missed the train due to DB. I was on the platform an hour in advance. Worst customer service ever!Avoid trainline at all costs!
