I purchased a deal through a platform for £810 for a four-day all-inclusive trip with flights. When I was contacted by the service, they informed me that the advertised hotel was fully booked. They also mentioned that the flight had a six-hour layover, which was unacceptable. To change flights, I had to pay an additional £290. They eventually found me a three-star hotel, and I ended up paying £1,097 for a holiday that I could have booked directly for £761. Their response has been utterly disappointing. TOTAL CON ARTISTS!
