Review Time
I had an extremely disappointing experience; I purchased a ticket recently, but they failed to issue it within 48 hours. It took them 5 days to inform me that I couldn't get the ticket. Instead, they provided me with a ticket from a budget airline for my trip and didn't even refund the price difference. They held onto my money for days, and when I requested a refund, I was told it would take 5 working days, which turned out to be untrue…☹️😏
DO NOT ENGAGE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Purchased a voucher through a platform. You need to redeem it to use it. They never reached out as promised. I have contacted them numerous times, but they failed to provide the trip I bought—neither the hotel nor flights that align with their own terms. Every alternative they present comes with extra charges. When I requested a cancellation, I was told they were "reviewing things," and then three weeks later I was informed that "your voucher is showing as redeemed, so a refund is not possible." After reading other reviews, it's clear many others have faced the same issues. I feel cheated and am disheartened that the platform supports this scam.

As many have mentioned, this is a deceptive company promoting budget breaks through a platform. Once you buy a deal and activate it, they contact you with ridiculous flight options that would cause you to lose two days on a four-day trip. When you express that the flights are unsatisfactory, they come back with supposedly better options or suggest different dates, then add fees starting from £75 per person on top of what you originally paid for the deal. They quoted me a price that turned out to be £69 more per person for the same flights and hotel that I could find on another site when I searched for the hotel name they provided. When I pointed this out, I was told that was the price, and since my voucher was activated, it was non-refundable. A complete scam. The platform needs to remove them from their site and stop promoting them. I will be seeking a refund through my bank as this is clearly false advertising. They cannot deliver the product I paid for in good faith as a holiday gift.
I purchased a deal through a platform for £810 for a four-day all-inclusive trip with flights. When I was contacted by the service, they informed me that the advertised hotel was fully booked. They also mentioned that the flight had a six-hour layover, which was unacceptable. To change flights, I had to pay an additional £290. They eventually found me a three-star hotel, and I ended up paying £1,097 for a holiday that I could have booked directly for £761. Their response has been utterly disappointing. TOTAL CON ARTISTS!
