Raymond was excellent, helpful and kind. We requested a change of seating to accommodate one of our party who is experiencing an acute back pain situation. It was very helpful that we were able to connect to a real person immediately. We were able to secure an aisle seat for our return flight. Raymond patiently guided us through the process. However, I’m a little disappointed with the Delta procedures that didn’t allow us to upgrade to a comfort seat that appeared to be available,
