Zero stars if I could. Absolute nightmare.
I Spoke with Joe I wasted 4.5 hours of my life on the phone with these people and got nothing resolved. This company is NOT Priceline — they are a shady third-party pretending to be helpful while doing the exact opposite.
They cancelled my booking (without my permission, thinking they were legitimate), then refused to refund my money unless I agreed to leave them a review. Yes, you read that right — they literally tried to hold my refund hostage in exchange for a review. That is beyond unethical.
They are currently withholding part of my balance and giving me the runaround. Every call is scripted nonsense, transfers, holds, and zero accountability.
This feels like a scam operation hiding behind another company’s name. Do NOT call them. Do NOT give them your information. Do NOT trust them with your booking or your money.
I would never, ever do business with them again. Learn from my mistake and stay far away.
