The advertisements claim they are based in Vancouver, BC, but I've just learned they are actually in Atlanta. I ordered a gift that arrived well after the holidays. Customer service was extremely lacking. Upon receiving the item, we had to pay an extra $43 to collect it, even though we prepaid for shipping. There was no indication of them being in the US, and the ad clearly states Vancouver. It feels like we were deceived into buying from a US company, with the additional fee appearing to be tariffs. We have sent numerous emails but have not received any responses in a timely manner.
