Howard as helped me with many events in and the past and got me in top shape, I’ve also got many events booked and he will be my coach for those too. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to running and mountain running.Very easy to work with and friendly.

Reached out to Howard about 1 to 1 coaching and after one call with him I felt confident that he could help me to reach the goals I set, for the race I wanted to do. As someone who has never ran more than a half marathon I was completely out of my depth when it came to training, planning, fuelling and pretty much anything for long distances. Howard is absolutely fantastic! He’s so knowledgeable and especially about women’s training and their needs! Anything I need to change or any issues he adapts the plan and comes up with a solution! The plans he creates are fantastic I’m never left wondering what I’m supposed to be doing, there’s always a detailed check in in call after/before every training block and check ins weekly! My running has never been better or consistent!
Howard is the best coach I could've asked for. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to actually run an ultra marathon, let alone feel good while doing it and almost gave up multiple times. But I trusted the process and the training felt lighter than I expected. At the end, I finished with a much better time than I thought I would and zero injuries whatsover!
