I was in a state due to thermostat not working, managed to find/contact the Underfloor Heating company. Once they knew the issue and that I had a valid warranty still, a replacement was dispatched and received following day. My house was 🔥 but customer service received was excellent from both the staff I spoke too. Thank you.
