I opted for the cheapest delivery option and was surprised by both the speed of delivery and the care that had been taken wrapping large heavy items. There was no damage to any of the items and the package was taken to the location requested.
I was in a state due to thermostat not working, managed to find/contact the Underfloor Heating company. Once they knew the issue and that I had a valid warranty still, a replacement was dispatched and received following day. My house was 🔥 but customer service received was excellent from both the staff I spoke too. Thank you.
