I am not a trader and therefore did not have as much experience as I suspect most of The Underfloor Heating Store customers. On every occasion I have spoken to the Jaime and Dave (I think that's his name in support) they have been both friendly, polite and professional. Jaime especially was not phased by any of what might have seemed obvious questions from my part.
