We rarely leave negative reviews, but felt it necessary to share our experience to inform others. We placed a large uniform order worth around $8,000, based on a promised turnaround time of 2–6 weeks. Despite being patient and following up multiple times, the delivery has far exceeded the timeframe, and they refuse to provide any updated completion date. We were told our order is in a large queue, and our refund request has been denied. Customer service has been extremely poor, with no meaningful solutions offered. We have submitted formal complaints to relevant authorities and strongly encourage others to heed this experience before engaging with this service.
