I placed an order with this service 8 weeks ago, and since then I have received nothing but excuses, falsehoods, and utter frustration. They respond claiming there have been logistical problems and that they are following up on it for me. That's simply not true. When I requested a refund, they insisted that since the order was marked as shipped, they couldn’t issue a refund (yet another untruth). I wish I had done my research before buying because the other reviews would have warned me about the difficulties I faced. If you're reading this and haven't made your purchase yet, PLEASE! Consider ordering from a different seller to avoid the same regrettable choice many of us have made.

We rarely leave negative reviews, but felt it necessary to share our experience to inform others. We placed a large uniform order worth around $8,000, based on a promised turnaround time of 2–6 weeks. Despite being patient and following up multiple times, the delivery has far exceeded the timeframe, and they refuse to provide any updated completion date. We were told our order is in a large queue, and our refund request has been denied. Customer service has been extremely poor, with no meaningful solutions offered. We have submitted formal complaints to relevant authorities and strongly encourage others to heed this experience before engaging with this service.
THIS SERVICE IS A FRAUD. I placed an order in July and have yet to receive any updates or progress. I requested a refund, but that hasn't been processed either, and it's been months. Every time I inquire, they simply say, 'I’ve forwarded your cancellation and refund request to our accounts team for review.' I'm still waiting for a response. DO NOT PURCHASE.
UNRELIABLE WEBSITE. I ordered products for my business and they took my money without delivering. Someone responds to emails, but I suspect it’s just to keep the scam going. They always say the product is in the queue and an update will come soon, but it never does because it’s a scam.
