Their website states that you must cancel your order within 5 minutes, otherwise it is already in process. I ordered the coat on Saturday afternoon, and since they are closed on Sunday, I attempted to cancel on Monday morning, only to be told it was already being processed. Additionally, the item ships from overseas, which means with the lengthy delivery, customs, and possible delays, returning it could result in missing the 30-day return window. I cannot recommend this service. I plan to return to shopping at physical stores or with companies based in my country that I can easily contact. I regret not researching them on review platforms before making my purchase, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid my mistake and steer clear of this service. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star if I had the option.
