The website advertised prompt shipping, same day dispatch and easy returns. After receiving an email that the order was being processed 10 days later, I submitted an email requesting the order be canceled as it was not going to arrive in time for the trip it was purchased for. The response I received was that orders can only be cancelled up to 5 minutes after the order is placed. I expect they will ship the item anyway and then not respond to my return request. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money.

I ordered a pair of leather gloves as a gift. I received a notification that the item would be shipped as soon as possible. I received an item different than I ordered, two months later. The company refuses to refund without sending back at my expense. They offered a refund of 10%, 15%, 20%, and finally 30% to keep the item. Not a trustworthy company.

Their customer service is quick to respond but in order to use their 30-day return window they offer, YOU (the customer) need to pay for return shipping and create your own label to China. I was going to return my ~$100 coat I purchased, and the shipping label would have costed me $48 minimum. So ridiculous and what a terrible return policy. They advertise it like it’s an easy thing process.

They are a scam. Early December I saw a cool looking sweater listed for around $8 on Amazon and what looked like almost the identical thing on United Gentlemen. Because I wanted to make sure and get the genuine and best quality for my friend I spent $65 on this item from United Gentlemen Though it said it would arrive before Christmas it arrived long afterward and was of very poor quality. Turns out they were selling an $8 sweater for $65!!! And then when I tried to get my money back they would only refund 30% and there was no way to send it back without paying international shipping all the way to Europe! I was absolutely furious and disgusted.

Initially, I placed an order for a coat on Black Friday, but it didn't arrive until January. When it finally came, the coat was nothing like what I had ordered. The color was off, and instead of a heavy winter coat, it was surprisingly light at just 1 pound. The quality was terrible. Moreover, when I attempted to return it, they wouldn't confirm the return address and repeatedly warned that customs might seize it upon return to the original country, meaning I could lose my money. After a week of back-and-forth emails, I managed to secure a 25% refund. Ultimately, I had to discard the "coat." If you've already made a purchase from them,
***BE SURE TO KEEP FOLLOWING UP FOR A 25% REFUND!!*** They initially offered me only 10%, but after persistent communication, I was able to negotiate for 25%.

Terrible experience! Avoid this brand at all costs. I ordered a peacoat and a sweater as gifts for my boyfriend, unaware that this wasn't a U.S. brand (that was my mistake; I should've done more research, but it kept appearing at the top of search results and seemed trustworthy). It took over a month to arrive, and I didn't even have it by Christmas. When it finally arrived, the large jacket looked like it would fit me, a 120lb, 5'2" woman, not my 180lb boyfriend. The sweater was even smaller. When I attempted to return the items, they strongly discouraged me, claiming their only warehouse was in another country and that I would likely get no refund due to potential loss in transit. I felt forced to accept a 25% refund, which was all they would give. I lost $160, and my boyfriend had nothing to open on Christmas! This was meant to be one of his bigger gifts, and he had no jacket for the holiday. I'm extremely disappointed. It looks like I will have to donate these items. I will NEVER buy from this brand again. They show no concern for their customers, and their website is misleading. There’s nothing "easy" about returns, and their sizing is completely inaccurate.

I ordered two sweaters for my husband on December 13 for Christmas, but they were never received. I contacted the company on January 2 for information about my package and was told it had been delivered on December 28, which is false, as I have a camera that shows no deliveries that day. When I provided this evidence, I was informed the package was delivered to my mailbox, nearly a mile away, but nothing was found there either. I have sent multiple emails requesting the carrier's name and tracking number, but have received no response. Without this information, I cannot locate my package and must rely on the company's claims, which are incorrect. In their last message, they suggested I file a 'lost claim' with the post office, implying they were the carrier, but I still lack the tracking number needed to investigate further. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of support from this company; they have been the least helpful I've encountered regarding an order issue. I cannot find my package without the necessary details, which the company has failed to provide. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Terrible experience!

Perfect Winter Jacket, Just Size Up

I purchased a puffer hooded jacket for winter. The material is excellent and it keeps you warm, but it fits a bit snug. I typically wear a medium, but for this jacket, I needed a large. If you decide to order, consider sizing up. Overall, it's a warm jacket.

I really wish I had verified the credibility of this website before making my purchase. I ordered an XL cashmere cardigan for my partner, but it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it looked more like an extra small, didn't seem to be cashmere, and had a terrible smell even after washing. There were no tags on the sweater indicating size, material, or care instructions. After multiple emails, they informed me it would be very expensive to return it to China and only offered a 15% refund. This site should be closed down. The support team does not respond to attempts to resolve the issue, despite several prior communications. It's disappointing! Buyers can report the site to have it shut down by contacting the relevant authorities.

Disappointing experience with my order

I bought a coat for my husband, and the service failed to provide a tracking number and lacked transparency about the origin of the coat. Their website states that you must cancel your order within 5 minutes, otherwise it is already in process. I ordered the coat on Saturday afternoon, and since they are closed on Sunday, I attempted to cancel on Monday morning, only to be told it was already being processed. Additionally, the item ships from overseas, which means with the lengthy delivery, customs, and possible delays, returning it could result in missing the 30-day return window. I cannot recommend this service. I plan to return to shopping at physical stores or with companies based in my country that I can easily contact. I regret not researching them on review platforms before making my purchase, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid my mistake and steer clear of this service. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star if I had the option.
