Terrible experience! Avoid this brand at all costs. I ordered a peacoat and a sweater as gifts for my boyfriend, unaware that this wasn't a U.S. brand (that was my mistake; I should've done more research, but it kept appearing at the top of search results and seemed trustworthy). It took over a month to arrive, and I didn't even have it by Christmas. When it finally arrived, the large jacket looked like it would fit me, a 120lb, 5'2" woman, not my 180lb boyfriend. The sweater was even smaller. When I attempted to return the items, they strongly discouraged me, claiming their only warehouse was in another country and that I would likely get no refund due to potential loss in transit. I felt forced to accept a 25% refund, which was all they would give. I lost $160, and my boyfriend had nothing to open on Christmas! This was meant to be one of his bigger gifts, and he had no jacket for the holiday. I'm extremely disappointed. It looks like I will have to donate these items. I will NEVER buy from this brand again. They show no concern for their customers, and their website is misleading. There’s nothing "easy" about returns, and their sizing is completely inaccurate.
