Unfortunately, the delivery company didn't seem to be very careful with the parcel, and the glass had a crack. I emailed Urban Botanist's customer service about the issue. I still can't believe how helpful and efficient they were in resolving the problem. They went above and beyond, ensuring a replacement was sent to us promptly. So as a summary of the story: the terrarium looks absolutely stunning in our living room!
