I ordered a Christmas present for some one when there was a 20% discount offered if you spend over £100. I applied the discount when checking out but the full amount was taken out of my account. I emailed about it and got no response. I rang and spoke to some one who apologised that the discount was not appropriately applied and assured me I would see a refund for the discount amount within 10 working days. After 3 weeks I rang again and was told there was an error in their system and I should receive the refund within a week. It’s been another 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I’ve never left a bad review before but I have found this service terrible.EDIT: The Urban Botanist got in contact to sort the above. They have now refunded me for the discount plus extra for the inconvenience.
