I ordered some small succulents/cacti for a terrarium to replace some that I had lost as a result of not watering them. The replacements were quite expensive, but I was happy to pay this as the original plants had been good. Sadly, when the new plants arrived they were completely dried out, they had fallen over in the box and half the compost fallen out and the plants themselves were all miniature cacti, not the attractive succulents advertised (although the website did note that either cacti or succulents might be sent) and did not look at all healthy. I ended up putting them in the bin and buying more attractive and cheaper replacements at a garden show.
