When I contacted the company for a refund, they informed me that their factory is overseas, which means shipping costs would be high. They offered a refund that was less than what I originally paid and suggested I reconsider returning the item, even recommending that I sell it or gift it instead. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. It's frustrating that they present themselves as a charitable organization on social media, which aligns with their misleading advertising and lack of ethics. I strongly advise against purchasing from this organization!
