When I contacted the service for a refund, they informed me that their factory is overseas (I'm in Australia), making shipping costly. They offered me a refund that was less than my original payment. Instead of assisting me further, they suggested I reconsider the return and even recommended selling it or giving it away. I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase. It's upsetting to see them promote themselves as a charitable organization on social media, which seems misleading given their lack of ethics. I strongly advise against buying from this organization!

I won't be ordering from them again. The sweatshirts I ordered are ridiculously small for the size I wanted and are more like long sleeve shirts than sweatshirts. Now, when I try to contact customer service, they keep sending me the same email apologizing for the product delay, even though I provided a picture and tracking number showing the sweatshirts were ordered. I'm concerned I won't receive a refund.
Issues with my order – Incorrect finish on the sweatshirts. I recently received my order for the sweatshirts and was disappointed to find that they did not match the product description. The listing stated that the design would be embroidered, but what I received was a blurred screen print instead. This was not what I expected, and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality. I also ordered two additional sweatshirts as gifts, and they were not as described either. I was refunded only $25 out of the $82 total. I won't be using this service again.
This product is complete rubbish. It looks nothing like what I thought I was ordering. The material is a shiny, stretchy spandex instead of cotton. The graphics are blurry and not embroidered. Thankfully, I used a payment platform to pay, so I hope to get my money back through their guarantee. Save your money!
I'm disappointed with my purchase! I spoke with customer service before buying, as I read some negative reviews, to confirm if I would receive a refund if I was unhappy. They assured me I would. I got a refund for the item but not for the shipping. The measurements on the website weren't very accurate, and what frustrated me the most was that the product was advertised as an embroidered sweatshirt, but it arrived as a thin sweatshirt that was definitely not embroidered, making it not worth the money I spent.
This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised. The hoodie I ordered was a cheap, pre-printed nylon mess instead of the beautiful hoodie shown. I filed a complaint with the payment platform, but after several ridiculous offers of partial refunds and subtle threats not to leave a bad review, they ruled in favor of the company. Both the company and the payment platform have failed in my opinion. Save your time and money; they won’t refund anything unless I close the case first, which I rightfully refused. I have saved all communications and am baffled by how they can represent themselves as a “Charity” on social media when they seem to be scamming unsuspecting customers.
