This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised. The hoodie I ordered was a cheap, pre-printed nylon mess instead of the beautiful hoodie shown. I filed a complaint with the payment platform, but after several ridiculous offers of partial refunds and subtle threats not to leave a bad review, they ruled in favor of the company. Both the company and the payment platform have failed in my opinion. Save your time and money; they won’t refund anything unless I close the case first, which I rightfully refused. I have saved all communications and am baffled by how they can represent themselves as a “Charity” on social media when they seem to be scamming unsuspecting customers.
