Issues with my order – Incorrect finish on the sweatshirts. I recently received my order for the sweatshirts and was disappointed to find that they did not match the product description. The listing stated that the design would be embroidered, but what I received was a blurred screen print instead. This was not what I expected, and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality. I also ordered two additional sweatshirts as gifts, and they were not as described either. I was refunded only $25 out of the $82 total. I won't be using this service again.
