I received my order and the quality was truly disappointing; the item was also too large. When I contacted the service for a refund, they informed me that their factory is overseas (I'm in Australia), making shipping costly. They offered me a refund that was less than my original payment. Instead of assisting me further, they suggested I reconsider the return and even recommended selling it or giving it away. I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase. It's upsetting to see them promote themselves as a charitable organization on social media, which seems misleading given their lack of ethics. I strongly advise against buying from this organization!
