I ordered Christmas meat, including a 5 bone rib roast for £185, 2kg sirloin for £60, and a large leg of lamb for £50, totaling just under £300. The rib roast was unacceptable; the ribs were still attached to the spine, and once removed, over 2kg was just bone. This is far more than any other butcher would leave on. I am very disappointed with the quality, as I did not expect 25% of my roast to be bone. You charge a high premium but provide anything but premium meat. I will not purchase from this service again after this disappointing experience.
