Stay Away from This Company. I placed a Christmas order that arrived yesterday, consisting of a rib of beef weighing 3-4kg. Upon weighing the meat, which looked small, I found it to be only 2.4kg still in its vacuum packaging. I called immediately to address the issue, but the representative was rude and suggested my scales might be faulty, offering only a partial refund, which I declined. I've since emailed and called again, but they are now ignoring me. Terrible customer service and a disappointing experience overall; I expect the meat will be just as bad. Avoid these scammers; they don't deserve even one star.
The ribs on the bone were great value at half-price, and the quality appeared very good. There was quite a bit of bone left, which will need trimming before cooking, but since they weren’t sold by weight, it didn’t negatively impact the price.
I ordered meat for our Christmas dinner, including a 5 bone rib roast for £185, a 2kg sirloin for £60, and a large leg of lamb for £50, totaling just under £300. The rib roast was unacceptable; the ribs were still attached to the spine, and after removing them, over 2kg was pure bone. This is significantly more than any other butcher would leave on. I am very disappointed with the quality, as I did not expect 25% of my roast to be bone. You charge a premium but deliver anything but premium meat. I will not buy from this service again after this experience.

I ordered meat, and the situation became too complicated to explain. There was no accountability for the confusion caused by a call from a representative stating my slot was full and that I needed to reorder. Fortunately, I can return the order being delivered today with a prepaid label. They have since been very helpful.
I was pleased with the meat but faced issues with communication. I tried calling but couldn't get through and left a message with no response. I called because I hadn’t received delivery confirmation the day before, and the notice I received on the delivery day stated it was arriving the next day, even though it arrived on time. The lack of communication reflects poorly on the service.
Do not purchase from here! After ordering meat, pies, and puddings in November 2025, I was shocked by their poor customer service. I stored the products in the freezer upon arrival. When I took out the last pudding yesterday, it was mouldy, despite having a best before date of June 2026. I contacted the service, but they informed me it was past their seven-day policy for assistance. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to inspect items before freezing. Their response was disappointing, stating they could not help further.
