If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I ordered a premium box for £100 on January 3rd 2023, there was 24 hour shipping included for that price so I was anticipating the order to arrive next day. Let’s just say the saga continues til this day (January 16th 2023) and no sign of the package. I’ve written to customer services countless times and they are vague and unhelpful. After I chased a tracking number numerous times they provided a fake number that doesn’t correspond with anything on the Royal Mail tracking app. Honestly please AVOID this company.
